Service Description
Dancing is a great way to keep the body and mind healthy, whilst getting to know other local people. No experience needed. As this is a low impact class, it is a great opportunity to get out and move, even if you haven't exercised for a while. Georgie will give you options to help make sure the moves are right for your body.
