This retreat is perfect for anyone wanting to move closer to nature and in so doing, move closer to their inner Self. Join myself and the amazing Zoe for a wonderful afternoon as we return to Tortworth Arboretum for more nature, yoga, breath work, barefoot movement and delicious treats.

A balanced day of Fire and Chill

Our Self Love Sunday Retreat consists of a variety of activities, including: Pilates High Intensity Interval Training; a beautiful meditative walk in nature; a demonstration and food from a nutritionist; yoga and relaxation, which includes singing bowls.

Lunch is included and is catered for by the chefs at Bath Mill Lodge, alongside the incredible, nutritious treats and dips provided by our in-house nutritionist.
