Before practising at-home yoga, please watch the INTRO video. Most importantly, listen to your body. If something doesn't feel right, ease out of it.
If pregnant, please wait until you have had your 12 week scan and check with medical professionals that it is an appropriate practice for you. Remember you have hormones in your body, which loosen your ligaments so it is important not to over-stretch; a good guideline is to only stretch as far as you could before you were pregnant. Please do not take part in these videos if you have placenta praevia, pre-eclampsia or vaginal bleeding.
