

Yoga: Flow & Feel

Yoga Flow and Feel is all about rinsing away the day and reconnecting with yourself. We incorporate elements of Hatha, Vinyasa Flow and Yoga Nidra to leave you feeling cleansed and calm. The body will strengthen, create heat and space, as well as stretch and relax in perfect balance. The majority of this class is movement and breathwork, with a different aspect of Yoga Philosophy as the backbone of each class. We close with a Yoga Nidra (similar to a guided meditation but you go a little closer to sleep and simply aim for deep relaxation). You are welcome to go as deep as you like in every aspect of the class; there is no expectation for you to surrender to spiritual beliefs that do not align with your own. You are encouraged to move, breathe and connect in the way that is right for you; this class is yours and you are invited to take what you need.
