Nature Retreat
​This retreat is perfect for anyone wanting to move closer to nature and in so doing, move closer to their inner self. Join myself and the amazing Zoe for a wonderful afternoon as we return to Tortworth Arboretum for more nature, yoga, breath work, barefoot movement and delicious treats.
